We are all aware of the tremendous benefits of working out for our health, well-being and productivity. Yet, in our hectic schedules it’s not always easy to find the time and to be consistent in doing so. I’ve always believed that when it comes to doing something for our benefit, it’s better to do something, rather than nothing. Like I share with clients… it’s best to take a 1-degree action towards your goals than not to take any action at all.
Even if you can’t commit to 60-minutes, a 20-minute daily workout will certainly do wonders for you, especially if you do so in the morning.
