For nearly two decades, my work has focused on high-level service professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations seeking their next level of growth, leadership, and performance.
My approach integrates business and leadership advisory, executive coaching, consulting, and practical brain-based strategies grounded in neuroscience to strengthen mindset, leadership, execution, and results.
Depending on the engagement, areas of focus may include high performance and execution, business development, leadership transitions, executive effectiveness, and team dynamics.
COMPANY EVOLUTION
My journey began when I walked away from a successful career in corporate America. I followed my purpose with conviction, wanting to make a meaningful impact through my work and, of course, with fear.
Today, One Degree Principle continues to evolve, expanding into a founder-led boutique leadership and business advisory firm while remaining deeply committed to the individual advisory and coaching work that has defined the business since the beginning.
A select team of highly experienced professionals has been assembled to expand the firm’s depth and capabilities as we enter our next stage of growth.
The firm intentionally takes on a limited number of engagements to maintain a high-touch, senior-led approach and meaningful results.
