Last month, my family and I took an overdue vacation in Riviera Cancun, Mexico. We rested, got a lot of sun-infused vitamin D and spent copious amounts of quality time together. This was just what the doctor ordered as we came home relaxed and rested.

I always encourage clients and friends to find ways to pause from their busy schedules, decompress and to take vacations when possible and where possible. In our experience, a day trip or a weekend getaway has made a difference in resting, re-energizing and in being more productive upon the return to our busy lives.

To Sprint Forward, we need to Pause

As we are preparing for the fall and winter seasons, I’m thrilled to continue serving my clients at the highest levels. Besides countless virtual sessions, I’ve been more on the road facilitating group coaching sessions, seminars and workshops for Business and Leadership teams.

Thrilled to see my clients progressing towards – and in cases already achieving their business goals for the year. Especially, during such a strange year.

Recently, over a two-month period I conducted interviews with Business Owners, Professional Service Providers and Corporate Professionals who are tasked to drive important results. I wanted to get their perspectives and see how their issues, goals, challenges and aspirations tie-in to my coaching methodologies for a Pilot program that I’m developing and will soon be launching.
